What you see in black is the image that will be cut in your selected custom color. They are weather and UV resistant and will not crack or fade for 5 yrs under typical circumstances.Quite often they will last 8-ten years. The material is die cut with the background material 'weeded' off. Decals will ship with premium transparent transfer tape applied making decals much easier to align and apply compared to the inexpensive paper transfer tape. Uses These vinyl decals can be applied to any clean & smooth flat surface. If a custom size is required please ask for a quote prior to order(larger sizes may incur additional shipping fees).Custom cutting is typically within 1/8" of selected size. installation These decals are easily applied to any smooth, clean surface. Rub the entire decal with a credit card to ensure the decal is sticking to the clear transfer tape and flat. Prepare application surface area making sure it's clean and dry. For large decals : Use masking tape to position the decal where you want at the top of the decal (or the side for decals that are longer than they are tall). Fold it above the tape and remove the backing paper leaving only the decal and the transfer tape. Then with a credit card slowly roll the decal down over the surface rubbing with credit card until the entire decal is applied. For smaller decals : Slowly and carefully apply the decal and transfer tape to the surface. Once everything is adhered to the surface, rub the entire decal with a credit card to ensure full adhesion. Slowly peel the transfer tape away from the decal and surface. If you encounter air bubbles you can remove them using a sharp pin, poking a hole in them, and rubbing over the decal with a finger to smooth out the air.
